Run the business. Rami runs the books.
One WhatsApp brief a morning: cash, what happened overnight and what needs your yes. Rami’s AI agents keep your UAE books, VAT and payroll done.
The books shouldn’t need you every night
You learn your cash position when the bank app loads, and you’re never sure what’s already committed. With Rami: Noor matches every bank line overnight, and your brief shows cash next to the bills due and invoices still unpaid.
Receipts live in WhatsApp, your inbox and the car’s glovebox. Quarter-end is a scavenger hunt. With Rami: Forward or photograph any bill, Arabic or English. Hana reads it, checks the supplier’s TRN and files it to the right expense.
A VAT or corporate tax deadline is always closer than you thought, and the penalties are not small. With Rami: Layla tracks your FTA deadlines and drafts the VAT return from reconciled books, weeks early. You review it and file on EmaraTax.
Your first month with Rami
From the afternoon you sign up to your first closed month.
Day 1, Amal: Set up in an afternoon. Amal sets up your company profile and chart of accounts, and brings in your history from Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or a spreadsheet.
Day 2, Noor: The bank, explained. Upload your statements or connect your bank. Noor reconciles the history and asks about anything she can’t explain.
Day 6, Hana: Bills stop piling up. Forward supplier emails or send photos on WhatsApp. Hana extracts each bill and queues payments for your approval.
Day 12, Sami: Customers pay sooner. Sami sends bilingual invoices with your TRN and drafts polite reminders for overdue ones. Nothing goes to a customer without your OK.
Day 25, Dana: Payroll, minus the panic. Dana runs payroll, accrues gratuity and prepares the WPS salary file for your bank. Releasing the money stays with you.
Day 30, Rami: Your first month, closed. Rami closes the month with you. Ask Omar what changed, and he answers from your ledger in English or Arabic.
What the UAE expects from you
The four obligations almost every owner-run company has. Rami tracks each one for your company.
Corporate tax: 0% up to AED 375,000, then 9%. Returns and payment are due 9 months after your financial year ends. Resident businesses with revenue of AED 3 million or less in every period may elect Small Business Relief, now available for periods ending by 31 Dec 2029.
VAT: Registration and quarterly returns. Registration is mandatory once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 over 12 months (voluntary from AED 187,500). Most businesses file quarterly; returns and payment are due by the 28th day after the period ends.
E-invoicing: B2B and B2G invoices go electronic. With revenue under AED 50 million, appoint an accredited service provider by 31 Mar 2027 and issue e-invoices from 1 Jul 2027. Rami validates each invoice against PINT-AE and hands it to your provider.
WPS: Salaries on the 1st, no grace period. Since 1 June 2026, each month’s wages are due through WPS on the 1st of the following month, and at least 85% of wages due must be paid to count as on time. Late payment can block new work permits.
