More clients. Less data entry.
Give each client a Rami workspace. AI agents prepare bank recs, bills and VAT 201 drafts; you review, approve and advise from one login.
Spend your hours on judgement
Half your month goes on chasing clients for statements and receipts. With Rami: Clients forward bills or send photos straight to their workspace, or connect Gmail, Drive and their bank. Hana and Noor process them as they arrive.
Every client codes things differently, and every handover loses context. With Rami: Hafiz remembers each client’s rules, like how they code fuel or which supplier is related, and applies them next time.
Quarter-end means twenty VAT returns due in the same week. With Rami: Layla drafts each client’s VAT 201 from reconciled books, with box-by-box drill-down, so your time goes on review and advice.
A month across your clients
How firms work with their clients’ Rami workspaces, from onboarding to sign-off.
Day 1, Amal: Client onboarded. Import history from Tally, Sage, Excel, Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books. Amal maps the chart of accounts and opening balances.
Day 2, Rami: Roles agreed. You take the accountant role; the owner approves payments within their limit, from the app or WhatsApp.
Day 5, Noor: Bank lines flowing. Statements upload or feed in. Noor reconciles and leaves only the lines she can’t explain.
Day 12, Hafiz: Your rules, remembered. Correct a coding once. Hafiz stores the rule for that client, and the agents follow it from then on.
Day 26, Layla: VAT returns drafted. Each client’s VAT 201 is ready for your review, with every box traced back to its transactions.
Day 30, Rami: Signed off. You approve, the month closes, and the audit trail is ready for the client’s auditor.
What every client needs on time
The deadlines that drive a UAE practice, tracked per client workspace.
Corporate tax: Registration within 3 months. New companies must register for corporate tax within 3 months of incorporation. The AED 10,000 late-registration penalty is currently waived if the first return is filed within 7 months of the period end.
Corporate tax: Small Business Relief, extended. Resident clients with revenue of AED 3 million or less in every period can elect it, now for periods ending by 31 Dec 2029. It is not available to QFZPs or large multinational group members.
VAT: Registration and quarterly returns. Registration is mandatory once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 over 12 months (voluntary from AED 187,500). Most businesses file quarterly; returns and payment are due by the 28th day after the period ends.
E-invoicing: B2B and B2G invoices go electronic. With revenue under AED 50 million, appoint an accredited service provider by 31 Mar 2027 and issue e-invoices from 1 Jul 2027. Rami validates each invoice against PINT-AE and hands it to your provider.
