Every dirham, matched overnight.
Noor imports UAE bank statements (CSV, MT940, camt.053, OFX, PDF) and matches every line to invoices, bills and rules, with a reason and an undo.
Banking & reconciliation
Noor reads your bank statements every morning and matches each line to an invoice, a bill or a rule, then shows you exactly why. What she can’t explain goes to Zayd, then to you.
Reconciliation that explains itself
Any statement format: CSV, MT940, camt.053, OFX and PDF. Exports from ENBD, ADCB, FAB, Mashreq, DIB, RAKBANK, Wio and others, Arabic headers included.
Matching you can audit: Amount, date, the reference in the narrative and the counterparty name each add to a score. Every match shows its reasons.
One payment, many bills: Finds a transfer that settles several invoices, split payments, bank charges and overpayments on account.
Bank rules: “Description contains DEWA → Utilities, TP5.” Conditions on text, counterparty, amount and direction; actions set account, VAT code and contact.
Multi-currency: Documents in USD, EUR or SAR are converted at the dirham peg or a CBUAE rate before matching.
Undo, without a trace lost: Unmatch any line and the entry is reversed, never deleted.
How a statement gets reconciled
1. Import: Upload a statement, or connect through Lean open banking. Duplicate lines and balance breaks are caught.
2. Match: Noor scores each line against open invoices, bills and your rules.
3. Hand off: Lines with no document go to Zayd to categorise, with VAT code.
4. You review: Within your limits it’s applied and listed; anything else waits for you.
